Great band in front
Quality of music for people in 20s/30s/40s
Service can be a little slow
Lucifer is a nightclub in Walking street. One of the first real clubs you will find on your left side after all beerbars.
On the front you have a large bar area with live music. Im not a fan of live music, but this really works. The artists have great voices and band does a good job in keeping it real. The sound is great an if you love rnb and commercial music, you can have a good party here.
If you want the nightclub, you go in on the right side of the bar. Security meets you to do a pat-down. Then you have a long hallway that leads to the back of the venue.
Now you will find a large open room, that has a DJ in the far end. Its loud, dont get me wrong, but its great sound. The DJs are mostly from Thailand, Australia or New Zealand. Some european DJs play here, but because of regulations, they are seldom announced.
So, as you go in you have a bar to the left, but also in the center of the room. Best way of service is to find a waiter/waitress, but you can also order in the bar. In center bar you have to shout, because of the massive speakers.
The venue is great, alot of girls and good service. If you spend money you get better service, just like any other place in Thailand.
The only negative thing I didnt like, was that they use a MC on almost every song. Maybe you like it, but when you are told on every beat to “put your hands up”, you get tired of holding your hands up. And of course you want to hear the music. This is especially bad when they have back2back nights (several DJs play 1 hour sets).
Toilets are clean and a host makes sure you get wipes and soap.
Prices are high. But its a nightclub. They only make money between midnight and 5 AM. Since we had a card a iBar, we didnt ask if they maybe have a membership. On their website it looks like it, but since the website is not secure, we do not want to link it.
